When the Dorset Music Service started to plan a large scale music service for schools, parents, and orchestra members to the Albert Hall in London it soon became clear they needed to work with a travel company who was efficient and very experienced with coach transportation.

With over 10 years experience in the Educational sector, Coach Direct's reputation for the smooth running of events of the type organised by The University of Southern Mississippi, was a major factor in their decision making process. Experiencing the diversity of British and French culture became even more enjoyable for our visiting students, without the logistical headaches that Coach Direct was there to manage.

As a business that has been built on a solid and effective service platform, Coach Direct remained the obvious first point of contact for Electrolux Appliances when they needed the regular transfer of staff during an operational office-office move within the United Kingdom.

The client was left secure in the knowledge that the organisation supporting their all important staff transfers was extremely well placed to handle the daily requirements, and equally well placed to handle any last minute scaling up and down of the numbers as could be required on a weekly and monthly basis.

Many a good Coach operator will testify to the fact that corporate travel arrangements - such as the Cadbury Trebor Bassett "Big Day Out" require very careful handling for a smooth outcome on the day. Coach Direct's experience when dealing with corporate clients placed us in an ideal position to anticipate and plan well in advance. Even with the greatest of planning, things can (and often do) get changed at the final hour, and with that simple fact in mind, a flexible framework of support was put in place to cater for any final changes in vehicle specification and changes to the overall group headcount leading up to the event itself.

With different coach operators involved across the UK the Coach Direct team were ideally placed to monitor and co-ordinate all transfers from a Central location.

When specialist event and conference organiser Corporate Innovations needed a first class transport solution for the Orange 2006 New Year parties they decided to place their trust in the Coach Direct organisation.

With many partnerships forged directly with market leading global technology organisations it was imperative that the chosen service provider was capable to plan quickly and effectively whilst being able to assure a first class delivery on the night.

When the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) approached Coach Direct to organise, manage, and conduct an effective transport solution across these 2 events, it was clear that very careful planning was needed leading up to the event, as well as allowing a clear support structure, and "local support" throughout the week.

During the week commencing 19th June 2006 the SECC in Glasgow hosted the CIVICUS World Assembly and The Gathering 2006 - Scotland's largest Voluntary Sector Fair. The events were complimentary to each-other on both a local Country-wide sense and also at a very important Worldwide level - with speakers and delegates being drawn to Scotland from many corners of the globe.
